1st Day of School

Well the 2017-2018 school year has begun!  We had a very busy but fun day in room 110.  We read a great story called "First Day Jitters," which is about being nervous for the first day of school.  Make sure to ask your kids who the main character of the story was.  We also did a little bit of math to get us ready for starting chapter 1 tomorrow.  We discussed class rules/expectations and did some getting to know each other activities.  After such a great day I'm looking forward to the rest of the school year!

School Supplies

I want to take a moment to thank the church group from Restoration Four Square Church in Concord for their generous donation of school supplies to my classroom.  Janine & Michael McCoy, Darci St. Onge, Vicki Harrison, and Betty Jones generously donated supplies for my students to use throughout the school year.  I am blown away by their thoughtfulness!

The Adventures of Ginger

Day 9-Ginger loves to build snowmen!  He's hoping that maybe can encourage my students to get out in the snow and build one too!

The Adventures of Ginger

Day 7-It's been a long week of traveling back and forth to the North Pole!  Ginger needed a little relaxation.

Day 6-Ginger got himself into sticky situation!

Day 5-We found Ginger making a snow angel.  He brought magic dust that can be sprinkled on you so that you can touch the him.  My students were so excited that they were going to be able to get their pictures taken with Ginger.

Day 4-Ginger brought us magic seeds that we planted.  The seeds grew into candy canes!
